Hi,
I make only localization of GUI - not help. If you can make  
localizaion of MPlayer help - you welcome.
I have no free human resources to make localization of Help.

But if you found some mistakes in application's localization please  
tell me, I'll fix them.

Over all, in Mplayer are some strings which I (or everyone from  
localizators) can't localize.
For example: Error mesage appear if I try run MPlayer on G3 machine -  
This is work for programers - please make MPlayer really fully  
localizable.
