I bet someone thought about this prevously, I have for one (differnt
application though). I ended up with software standards for middle
ware like CORBA and XMLRPC, Sun has some solution as well, in the end
I gave up and went for a static config using XML (I have the code in a
lib if someone is interested). If someone actually find a good
solution/standard to dynamic config please post it here.
