[MPlayer-dvb] no video for dvb-c hdtv channels

You have to add PAT/PMT to your channels.conf (or use -demuxer lavf), in 
my case it looks like this:
... HIERARCHY_NONE:1010+101+1015:1011+1012+1013
(This is for Video+PAT+Subtitle:Audio1+Audio2+Audio3)

scan -c tells you the PAT while playing audio as above iirc.
