[MPlayer-dvb] no video for dvb-c hdtv channels

Hi!

Trying to watch HDTV channels via DVB-C (using a card with Philips
TDA10023 DVB-C) with mplayer compiled from recent SVN, I get only
sound, no video:

Watching SD channels from the same channels.conf does work without problems.

Any hints how to debug that and get HD video working?
