[Mplayer-dvb] maybe fix for a-v sync and scuttering probs

All,

the problem gets worse with AC3 involved. I need to go up to lavc=4 for most
AC3 content but I do have one which is even not playable with lavc=5.
Problems get worse @16:9 anamorph encoded material and no borders (I do not
re-scale at DivX encoding time as I do have a 16:9 TV set).

I suppoprt Martin in his view that this is a major issue.
