[Mplayer-dvb] DVB output... doesn't!

it seems it is still NOT compiled in:

> VO: [mpegpes] 720x576 => 1024x576 Mpeg PES 
> VO: Description: Mpeg-PES file
                   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
so it writes to file instead of the DVB card

check configure.log for reaosn why is DVB disabled
(probably it didn't find the ost/*.h headers?)
