[Mplayer-dvb] Intel compiler

yes, i tried it several times
in early days it helped ~ 20%. nowdays it makes slower code, due to high
level of handmade c and asm optimization by Nick and Michael

and it only compiles few files, there are many triggering bugs in icc or
just not working compiled with it or just not compile due to used gcc
extensions
