[Mplayer-dvb] Whats going on with MPlayer ??

done. it's beta (not well tested) but try:
mplayer -aop list=resample:fout=48000 -ao mpegpes ...

> - software rescaling for output on DVB-cards
shouldn't be hard to implement.
as far as the mp1e integration is finished, i'll add rescaling too.
