[Mplayer-dvb] Whats going on with MPlayer ??

Hi everybody,

can anyone tell me, what's about with the follwoing things ?

- new mpeg1 encoder mp1e implemented or not, and how to activate
- realtime resampler 44,1 kHz to 48 kHz
- software rescaling for output on DVB-cards
