[MPlayer-DOCS] wrong encoding for text manual?

Hi!

It isn't the man page (or not only that). The default page encoding on 
MPlayerHQ is UTF-8
but the man pages are not written in nor converted to Unicode. This 
causes the strange chars.
Switching the browsers encoding to Unicode solves the problem.
