[MPlayer-DOCS] wrong encoding for text manual?

The text version of the man pages is converted to UTF-8 by the
documentation generation script.  You guys need to fix your browser
settings.  If you force a wrong encoding all means of weird things will
happen.

And you should *really* set your defaults to UTF-8.  This is the 21st
century...
