Hi,

First of all, Please don't top post: IE: don't write your reply on the
top of you mail. That's the rule of this mailing list, and the rules
of Usenet in general. It makes re-reading a lot easier.

don't run any program as root unless this is absolutely necessary.
Here, it's not the case.

you do not seem to be running that command from the right directory.

You need to be in main/DOCS/xml to run the command that Diego gave you.
