[MPlayer-DOCS] Can I make an ordered list start at 0?

I need a way to properly xmlify the following:

Surround 5.1:
0 - left front
1 - right front
2 - left rear
3 - right rear
4 - center front
5 - subwoofer
-----------------

An <orderedlist> would be nice, but I don't see a way to make it start
with 0 instead of 1. The docbook doc is here:

...but I don't see anything that would fit. Does anyone know?

For now I'll just put it in a <programlisting>.
