[MPlayer-DOCS] -lavcopts vstats

[Torinthiel]

I have wanted to see just what statistics -lavcopts vstats would give me,
but instead I found out that even grepping sources for vstats gives me
nothing. Or, more specific, there is no lavc option named vstats. But
the code looks like it could be integrated with psnr option. Could
someone knowing the code look at this and fix the docs?
