Remove until it is translated.  The missing messages are filled in
from the master file then and this makes sure that the latest ones are
used, the translation might be out of date.

You are the boss of your translation.  Normally translation has to be
idea by idea and not word for word, but I guess that Japanese might be
even harder than that.
