[MPlayer-dev-eng] [RFC] Move away from SVN

As an unrelated person who mainly "distributes" mplayer through a script to
compile it on windows, it would be very nice if mplayer could migrate to
git since it's the only svn repository that I have to pull now since all of
the others have migrated already and it would make patching easier since
I'm more comfortable with git and don't know how to use svn at all.
