The layout it looks great here. I did some testing with German, Russian 
and Japanese (a few dozen files each), and I couldn't spot any visual 
problems so far.

Launch time is of course a little slower with the 57k character file. 
Around 1.5 to 2 seconds compared to the 0.5 to 1 seconds with the 
smaller 21k Western/Asian combination file.
