[MPlayer-dev-eng] New stream control commands

This is the stream control STREAM_CTRL_GET_CURRENT_CHANNEL that should
display the name of the currently selected DVB channel.

(Stephen, you can test by replacing the previous one by this one and start
over applying your patches once again.)
