Note that it could of course advertise a DR_THREADED...
Though ideally it should depend on whether mutithreading
is even is use.
This definitely would need more thought, but even while I am
not opposed in principle I consider ffmpeg-mt to be at fault:
I pretends to provide an FFmpeg-compatible API while in this
case it obviously does not.
