[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Extra EDL command line argument

Hi,

This is the followup of the previous EDL extension patch, this patch adds -edl-backward-extra-sec argument that sets number of seconds to add to the backward seek. The name reflects variable for now, may be too long but it is rarely used and consistent with the source code.

Manual page is updated as well.
