[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Get Demuxer Time for Proper DVD Time REDUX^2

Dear Reimar, 

I have rewritten the patch to your specifications. I added a property stream_time_pos, filled in the code for it (mp_property_stream_time_pos), and created an entry in the slave.txt file.

Please let me know if this is acceptable. 

This is diffed and checked against revision 31749.
