Fixed, though I will understand if Diego flames me for this.
It might be preferable to move this back to where it was before (the
quartz and quicktime decoder checks), except that demux_mov is using
CONFIG_QUICKTIME, too.
I am not sure if demux_mov really should be using CONFIG_QUICKTIME and I
also think that the way it uses it does not make any linker options
necessary, but still the way it is now seems the most reliable way to me
right now...
