My original try only crashed. (does it work with xvmc?)

While I am not sure it will help troubleshooting VDPAU de-interlacing (note that
OSD adds an extra amount of time to VDPAU output), I always wanted this feature.
Despite the fact that I broke quite a few things these days (-demuxer mpegts -vc
ffh264vdpau does not work currently), I will apply the patch if nobody objects
(I cannot test xvmc any more.)
