[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Show deinterlace filter status on OSD when toggled

Disabling and enabling deinterlacing filters (kerndeint,yadiff,VDPAU) via 
the "D" key has been supported by mplayer for quite some time.  When 
switching the filter on or off, the OSD currently does not show if the 
filter is enabled or disabled.  It would be helpful to know this 
information, especially when troubleshooting VDPAU deinterlacing.

The following patch will cause mplayer will show the current state of the 
deinterlacing filter on the OSD whenever the user attempts to toggle its 
status.
