[MPlayer-dev-eng] [RFC] explain MPlayer/FFmpeg etc. relationship in svn-howto

Hello,
I think it might be a good idea to mention how MPlayer and FFmpeg
repositories work together and where libswscale belongs etc.
This is what I came up with:
