Just be careful not to get ASS subtitles displayed twice. 

Ideally, vo_gl should scale bitmaps, and it's better then software scaling in 
dvb decoder. But it will require extending EOSD with some kind of capability 
negotiation.

Anyway, as things are now, with vo_gl dvb subtitles will simply not show up 
without any diagnostic messages. That would be very confusing.
