I found one of those and fixed it locally.

If you you are talking about the switch case:
It is copied 1:1 from vo_xv.c and I will not change it before it is changed
there: I don't believe there is agreement of where to put them there (and I
think it makes sense to leave the identical lines as they are, it was already
wrong to change them on some places of the file).
