[MPlayer-dev-eng] SSA example file

Hello,
I'm mostly involved in the osx gui and only submitted patches for problems I
encountered with the interface of the gui and mplayer.

To make sure the right people see those files (I think it's appreciated to
get reference files), I'd either post to mplayer-dev-eng or try to contact
the libass maintainer directly (Vgeniy Stepanov).
