I fixed
samples/archive/container/mpegts/mpegts+h264+aac++h264_decoding_problem.ts
(working SD PAFF sample with the usual behaviour) using MP4A,
.../mpegts+mpeg2video+dca++Resident.Evil.HDDVD-remux.1080p.MPEG2.HDT-SAMPLE.ts
("progressive NTSC content detected, switching framerate": how is this supposed
to work with -demuxer lavf?) and incoming/France2HD-EAC3-SPX.ts (using Justin's
Spectral Extension patch).
