ftell isn't working. x264 uses ftell + fseek to determine whether the file is seekable and it fails with named pipe on win32 as well.

Unfortunately i cannot find an OS-independent way to solve this. MinGW uses M$'s CRT and it is not acting the same way as those on *nix systems.
