if you are a programmer with good understanding of audio coding you 
could write the patch yourself and submit it here; alternativey you 
can find someone able to do it for you (good luck).
BSAC is defined in ISO-14496-3 that is spread over a shameful amount 
of parts, subparts, corrigenda and addendum (~30 or so). In short: 
it's a mess.
