The VOCTRL_COLOROSD_SUPPORT return current color format (IMGFMT_YV12, 
IMGFMT_BGR32, ...)

Is it better name than VOCTRL_GET_OSD_IMGFMT instead of 
VOCTRL_COLOROSD_SUPPORT?
