I'll add them with the SPU related stuff in another patch.

I reworked it 5mn before work this morning and noticed that many
things from pre() / post() can be removed. Seems that still frames
support isn't that hard to do. I'll send an updated patch in the
evening.

Regarding resurrection, after 2 years having to add this patch/hack
fro geexbox project, I'm tired of doing this and want it to be
commited upstream ;-)
