Well, at least the scaler backend looks as if it shouldn't be too hard
to support as a vo module.
The decoding support looks more difficult, though for MPEG-2 it might
fit into the xvmc-path, anything beyond looks like it would require
quite a lot of work (or the manufacturer providing APIs that fit well
into the MPlayer codec model and having no need to distribute the
resulting MPlayer binary...)
