Benjamin takes care of this, he blessed my patch.  AFAIU he does not
consider vidix.sf.net upstream anymore, but instead takes our private
version in whatever direction he deems appropriate.  In any case almost
everything from vidix.sf.net appears to have been merged except for an
S3 driver.
