[MPlayer-dev-eng] libavcodec/utils.c new bug

Hi,

A change recently in libavcodec/utils.c has caused some video errors (about once per second) in the top half of the screen for me on some BBC HD H.264 material.

The previous revision 11961 of utils.c is fine
The current trunk version exhibits the problem.

Sample is in MPlayer/incoming - filename "bbchd-planetearth-titles.ts" (20MB)
