My proposal:

Time sync modes:
0 - no time sync (nothing do)
1 - only prevent time jump (skip old clock)
2 - sync base 8/30/0 packet (your patch, but I removed date modify)
3 - sync local systime (calculate time zone offset, keep time zone)

This patch keep original time format of ttx pages in all modes.
