Hi Vladimir Voroshilov!

I think problem:
If time+offset overflow is required modify date:

Date: 2007-09-03 
Time: 23:12:00
Offset: +2

Local time: 01:12:00
Local date: 2007-09-04 !!

More channels more date format :(
