Hi all,

Here is another patch for teletext: Czech/Slovak character set. It implements 
Czech/Slovak line of Table 36 of specification 
(I've found something at 
http://www.themm.net/~mihu/linux/saa7146/specs/ets_300706e01p.pdf) in 
Unicode. Previously some accented characters were mapped to basic english 
ones.

Patch works for me.

BTW, if I understand it correctly - some national option sub-sets are 
displayed incorrectly, because only 3 bits (8 national sub-sets) are taken 
into account, but there are 13 different sub-sets...
