[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix all NSProxy warnings of vo_macosx.m

Hello,

To fix all NSProxy warnings of vo_macosx, I set a protocol for it and
test whether remote object support the protocol.

FIrst patch is for vo_macosx.
Second is for MPlayer OS X.

Both patches must be applied to use the protocol feature. Tested on
Leopard PPC and Tiger Intel.
