[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] /v sync correction to frame_step command

Hi All!

This patch limites the play audio bytes to frame_step command.

If you execute frame_step then mplayer will write a lot of bytes into audio 
output buffer (buffer is empty) so a/v sync will be bad. The patch 
corrections this.
