Actually there should still be an open bug report about something like
this in the bugzilla. Some window-managers are really hard to convince
that their default window-placement algorithms aren't always right.
I'd also like to mention that changing this code would break both
-geometry _and_ -xineramascreen, and quite a few window managers still
have trouble handling xinerama in a nice way and usually offer few to
none options on where to place and how to fullscreen in this situation.
