Before:
Decoding time: 0.058417
Uncompressed size: 2004480 bytes  (  11.363 secs)
CPU usage at normal playback:  0.51 %

After:
Decoding time: 0.038158
Uncompressed size: 2004480 bytes  (  11.363 secs)
CPU usage at normal playback:  0.34 %

That's a 1.53x speed-up on Core2, not bad!
