Of course, but that's not the easiest solution.

Since 2.0 if we believe lzo's changelog.

Both cdparanoia 9 and 10 install headers in /prefix/include (it's in
/usr/include on SuSE10.0). I think I have every possible option enabled for my
mplayer build, and I don't need --with-extraincdir.
