[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix mplayer svn build with libfaac (Also fixes some problems with codec support in lavc because of improperly defined variables)

Attach is a patch to fix compilation of mplayer from svn with libfaac,
it's a simple few variable changes (they reflect changes that took
place in ffmpeg about a week or two ago)
