What is interesting one can make separate program or taskbar applet
which monitors mouse position and if screensaverblocking is on
just does fake mouse movements. It can be usable to avoid screen
blanking or activation of screensaver while using any program:
media player, document reader etc... :)

Of course it's another idea and it needs user interaction
while we are talking about automatic functionality in one program.
