[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] OSD menu's filesel default open current playing file's dir

Hello,

This patch will make the filesel of libmenu default open the dir of
current playing file instead of mplayer's working dir (current working
dir). This will only apply when no default path specified in menu.conf
and not in keep_dir mode or the last dir unaccessable in keep_dir
mode.
