This will work ONLY for DVD's played from your DVD-drive and regular
DVDs are already played using above menu entries.
Benjamin meant DVDs, stored on your hard drive (i.e. folder on hdd
with VOB, IFO, BUP files in it).
In other words those patch makes mplayer be able to be called (with
the same functionality) as
"mplayer /path/ty/my/dvd/on/hdd/video_ts.ifo"
instead of:
"mplayer -dvd-device /path/to/my/dvd/on/hdd dvd://"
AFAIK, it is not possible to make latter call from menu.conf.
