is there any chance to get this described check fixed (e.g.: by applying  
the second part of my patch). Because up to now, libmpdemux/demux_mpg.c  
sets the packets pts to 0, if the packet contained no pts. Fixing such  
settings to MP_NOPTS_VALUE breaks some things because of this described  
check.
