It works within virtual dub but it needs to be registered as system
driver, the routine I'm using is a bit low level since I load maually
the driver file. Also I'm not sure about the param to pass to OpenDriver
(the last one with internal data) I'm trying to pass an ICOPEN structure
but I get strange results
